1. Object & Scope
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the selling of tickets for Flutter™ Bootcamp event as well as the contract for the supply of services, necessary and ancillary to the sale of such tickets, provided by us, our Partners and subcontractors on our behalf. It complements the T&Cs of our subcontractors, as detailed below.
1.2. The T&C are a legal agreement between Ianum Inc. (“Ianum”, “us”, or “we”) and the entity or person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) who use our Website to enroll to Flutter™ Bootcamp event (also “Event”) and pay the corresponding ticket fee and who will take part to the Event (each, a “Service”).
1.3. These T&C apply to your use of the Services. By registering to Flutter™ Bootcamp and performing the payment transaction, the User accepts the present T&C. If you do not understand any of the terms, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before using the Services.
1.4. You may not access or use any Services unless you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
2. Event: Object, Language, Program
2.1. Flutter™ Bootcamp is a five-days course to learn Flutter, the Cross-Platform Framework from Google that allows to build Apps for iOS, Android, Web and Desktop.
2.2. Prerequisites and details of the program are published on the Website. Lectures will be held in English. The User is responsible for his/her own travel arrangements to reach the location of the event. This remains valid also in case the location is varied but it is kept in Milan.
2.3. We and our Partners can alter or vary the program due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; in case such changes determine your impossibility to attend the event, you will be entitled to claim for a reimbursement according to clause 6.
3.1. Details of the pricing options are published on the Website. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable by using the same payment method used by you) or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you within 3 (three) days from the moment we discovered the error, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled and we will send you a written confirmation. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect price, you will receive a full refund from us using the same payment method you used while purchasing the Item.
3.2. Means of payment include: wire transfer and credit card. We make use of ad-hoc third party services to allow you to perform the payment, as detailed in the following clause. Refunds are specifically regulated under clause 6.
4.1. The User expressly acknowledges that we are assisted by subcontractors which we choose freely to allow you to register to Flutter™ Bootcamp, perform the payment transaction and receive your ticket. By using our Services, you accept the present Terms & Conditions and the T&C of any such service provider.
5.1. You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase agreement of ticket according to the following rules:
5.1.1. Within 12 working days from the date of the event: right to withdraw with full refund (100%) of the ticket price;
5.1.2. Within 5 working days from the date of the event: right to withdraw with refund of half (50%) the ticket price;
5.1.3. From 4 working days before the date of the event: right to withdraw with no refund of the ticket price.
5.2. To exercise the right to cancel the order, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase by a clear and explicit statement sent to our email email@example.com.
5.3. Refunds will be performed in accordance with the following clause 6.
6.1. Cancellation: If our event is cancelled (and not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your ticket(s). If an event takes place over several days and one or more day(s) is/are cancelled (but not all the days constituting the event), a partial refund only may be payable corresponding to the day(s) cancelled.
6.2. Rescheduling: Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event (and in such case specific terms and conditions will be displayed on our website on the page before your purchase order), if our event is rescheduled, you will be offered seats at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) of a value corresponding with your original tickets. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your ticket(s). You must inform us within 24 hours if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, otherwise we may reconfirm your booking for the rescheduled date and you will not be entitled to claim a refund.
6.3. Material alteration: If our event is materially altered, you will be offered an option to either re-confirm your order for the altered event or to claim a refund of the sale price of your ticket(s), within such time as specified by us. Failure to inform us of your decision in the given time may result in your order being reconfirmed for the altered event and you will not be entitled to claim a refund. A 'material alteration' is a change which, in our and our Partners' reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that purchasers of tickets, taken generally, could reasonably expect.
6.4. In case of withdrawal, you will be entitled to receive a refund according to the terms and conditions indicated in previous clause 5 and in following clause 6.5.
6.5. We will make the reimbursement by using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
6.6. To claim your refund, please apply by registered mail sent to: Ianum Inc. 651 N. Broad Street, Suite 206, Middletown (Delaware - DE) 19709. You must enclose your unused tickets and comply with any other reasonable instructions from us. For accounting purposes your unused tickets must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event.
6.7. Save for cases expressly provided for by this purchase policy or provided for by the applicable legislation, tickets cannot be changed or reimbursed after purchase.
8. Liability & Limitation
8.1. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Neither we nor our Partners shall be liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.
8.2. Our and our Partners' liability to you in connection with the event and the Item you have purchased shall be regulated by applicable law and by this purchase policy and shall not extend to beyond such provisions. In particular, neither we nor our Partners shall be liable for facts or adverse events caused by you or by facts for which, under contract or at law, we may not be held liable.
8.3. In no event shall Ianum, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to, or use of, or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, any loss or damage to data, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, in each case (i)-(iv) whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9.1 You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to our P , which is hereby incorporated into and made a part of these Terms of Service by this reference.
10.1. Flutter and the related logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Flutter Bootcamp is not affiliated with or otherwise sponsored by Google LLC.
10.2. Our event Partner Ianum Inc. owns any other intellectual property rights to all content displayed and produced during the Event, such as slides, app code and any other material. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, frame, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, transmit, broadcast or circulate any such materials or content to any third party (including displaying or distributing the material using a third party website) without Ianum’s prior written consent.
10.3. Recordings of the event are prohibited.
11.1. These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Delaware. Both Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newark (DE).
11.2. Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, ineffective or unenforceable as a whole or in part, the validity, effectiveness and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. Any such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provisions shall be deemed replaced by such valid, effective and enforceable provision as come closest to the economic intent and purpose as of such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provisions as regard subject-matter, amount, time, place and extent. The aforesaid shall apply mutatis mutandis to any gap in these Terms of Service if any court has confirmed such proceeding.
11.3. We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time without indicating the reasons. We will notify you of the changed T&C on the Website no later than two (2) weeks before the refined terms will take effect.
